That is an unusual background for writing about gambling and I think it is the useful one. The complaints I read about these sites are overwhelmingly about withheld money, and the overwhelming majority of those turn out to be an ordinary control operating exactly as designed — an identity check, a bonus still under playthrough, a pattern rule, a method mismatch. Almost none of it is misconduct. Almost all of it is legible in advance, if somebody explains it once.
So that is what this site does. I fund every account myself, I request a withdrawal from every one whether the session went well or badly, and I record whether the operator told me which control was running and how long clearing it would take. That last part is the difference between a business that respects you and one that does not, and it costs nothing to provide.
I publish no scores out of ten. In my old job, compressing a rich signal into a single number was how we made our worst decisions, and a cashier's behaviour deserves better than an average. I also do not publish payout times as benchmarks off a single transaction — one observation is an anecdote and labelling it a metric is dishonest.
